Virovitica, March 20, 2008 – On its session held on March 19, Viro Sugar Factory Supervisory Board brought the decision about changes in the Management Board. The five-year mandate of the present Members of the Management Board Damir Barić, Ivan Tot and Ivan Duvnjak is ending on March 26, 2008. From March 27, present Procurator, Željko Zadro will be the only Member of the Management Board.
Supervisory Board expressed satisfaction with Viro Sugar Factory’s operations and thanked the present Members of the Management Board, who led Viro through a period of significant structural changes and made it one of the leading Croatian exporters.
Present Members of the Management Board will take over managerial positions within the company, and they will be in charge for the sectors of their expertise. New structural changes in the Management Board occurred due to a new phase of development which requires for the most competent people to take over executive functions in strategic departments.
