Zagreb, March 30 2006 – Viro sugar factory representatives participated at the second Croatian Career Day held in Boćarski dom Zrinjevac in Zagreb. Career Day is a unique one-day fair at which representatives of Croatian companies gather together to present themselves to the best students and young professionals and show them why their company is the best first employer in a career.
Having participated at this gathering of students and employers, Viro showed its readiness to cooperate with students as well as interest in attracting the best employees.
During one-on-one interviews, Viro representatives met number of students of different backgrounds who expressed interest to work for the factory. Students had the opportunity to learn about Viro business operations, strategic plans and expectations as well as needs for employees of certain profiles, which at the moment, include professionals with the diploma from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and Faculty of Food, Technology and Biotechnology. However, with the development and continued growth of Viro sugar factory, the need for employees of different profiles constantly arises.
